Being arguably the best hotel gym in Bangkok, there is an expansive space that is outfitted with state of the art and efficient exercise machines, equipment and free weights. Several other centres contain game courts for sports activities such as badminton, tennis and squash. Furthermore, We have a purpose-built jogging track which lets you jog, sprint and do a few laps. The jogging track also being located on the eighth floor lets you indulge in the spectacular views of Bangkok’s skyline as you run along the track.
For those who like to push the boundaries of their fitness routines and do something different, we have a studio space that lets you partake in a myriad of workout activities such as aerobics, steps, yoga and aerobics. There is even a space dedicated to teaching you Muay Thai – the national sport of Thailand.
