Luxury Awards Success
Pathumwan Princess Hotel was delighted and honored to receive the highly prestigious “2019 Luxury City Hotel, Thailand” award at the The World Luxury Hotel Awards ceremony recently held on 12th October at the Arctic TreeHouse Hotel and SantaPark in Rovaniemi, Finnish Lapland. Over 300 guests flew in from around the world to celebrate the event and were royally entertained in true Finnish style. The evening culminated in a with a visit from Santa Claus and his elves with guests presented with gifts.
The Awards globally recognize hotels and resorts for world-class service excellence, with winners selected by public vote online, providing true recognition of the hard work and dedication shown by staff. They reflect, too, genuine high-quality experiences, where personalized service, caring attitudes, safe activities and a commitment to sustainable use of resources are benchmarks for luxury travel.
