"This Hotel is wonderful I spent my 4th visit enjoying a newly renovated room, which was massive and so comfortable.
All the staff are so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist you with whatever you need. Breakfast every morning was very enjoyable, with so many options on offer, it caters to everyone's tastes and prepares you for a day of shopping, investigating or sightseeing. The Hotel is attached to MBK an enormous shopping complex, that has such a wide range of shops, that you could find anything youre looking for in its shops!
Once I am able to travel again, the first place I will visit is The Pathumwan Princess Hotel, I just love staying there!"

"Have just returned from a 4 night stay at this fabulous hotel where nothing is too much trouble for the lovely staff. We were lucky to stay in a Horizon Terrace Suite, which was very luxurious with a fantastic outside area with private sunbathing and it's own jacuzzi. I'd like to send a huge thank you to the Butler Team - Nemo, Tee, and all the others (sorry I didn't get all the names) for their excellent service in the Club Lounge and also for making my birthday so special.
We enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea on our terrace and the standard of complimentary food and drink in the lounge was exceptionally high. These extra touches are what make this hotel stand out from the others in Bangkok and we will definitely stay here again."

"I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and it feels like coming home each time I arrive. The main draw for me is the wonderful Olympic Club which enables me to indulge in my daily exercise with every facility I could need.
However, I also cannot fault the friendliness of the staff, the fabulous food and the large and comfortable guest rooms.
On this trip we were at the start of the Covid-19 outbreak, but we felt safe and looked after at the hotel because they took every precaution to ensure our wellbeing during our holiday.
My only criticism is that, as a member of the MBK Holiday Club, there seems to be very little communication between the Club staff and the hotel staff. This has often led to confusion over my booking and the prices I pay for breakfasts in the hotel and so on. If this could be addressed it would just make for a smoother experience. "

"If you prefer business class over economy, THIS is the hotel to check in!
Best service, from check in, restaurant, bell boy, restaurant service, our Horizon Suite (!!) and the famous CLUB LOUNGE: all day refreshments are available including Snack buffet, freshly pressed fruit juice, in the evening free wine and cocktails. Club lounge service staff PREAW was incredible during our stay, very attentive and serving our table with all kinds of snacks and sandwiches. She even accompanied us to the lift. Incredible service!
Our room: bigger then my condo, everything top standart, nothing to complain at all. Horizin suites newly renovated and everything was new. A greeting from the General Manager Stephan Heintze was well appreciated.
Every service is available for a TOP hotel: Sauna, fully equipped fitness-Studio, Swimming pool, jacuzzi... free for guests available: Spa, Massage, Korean, Japanese, Italian Restaurants, bar, etc.
To summarize it: best location, free parking, top rooms, super service oriented staff and a club lounge to stay forever!"

"We spent 5 nights at this hotel with the most perfect location! We felt seen from the moment we steped out of the taxi at the entrence. The room was clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. We had a nice city view from the room. The breakfast had everything you could possibly need and we also was told that they clean the eggs twice so we could have our omelettes without worrying about salmonella. The buffé on the Ground Floor is SO good, please do not miss it! We tried both the seafodd buffé and also the one with barbeque theme. In this restaurant they have an Ass Restaurant Manager called Sakorn S. and he is really one of a kind! What a host, what a helpful, friendly and warm person.
