New Year’s Eve Extravaganza!

Layana Resort and Spa’s Executive Chef Patrick Vitti, fresh from his “Winning Challenger Chef (Mediterranean)” success on the popular Thai TV cooking competition show “Iron Chef”, has kindly agreed to create a spectacular Seafood Extravaganza at Pathumwan Princess Hotel this New Year’s Eve.

His menu for the night is truly magnificent! Taking center stage is undoubtedly the main-course choice of three platters, each served with a selection of sauces.

· The Seafood Platter includes Canadian lobster, river prawn, octopus, tuna and scallops and is served with charred romaine lettuce, baked potato and corn.

· The Meat Platter features prime rib, lamb rack, sous vide pork belly and foie gras with truffle mash, corn and long beans.

· Finally “Surf & Turf” showcases Canadian lobster, octopus, tuna, prime rib and sous vide pork belly served with baked potato, corn and long beans.

This is complemented by an Appetizer Buffet showcasing Caesar salad and chicken satay action stations, cheese and cold cuts, lobster bisque with cherry brandy and fish maw soup. To complete this wondrous feast, a Desserts Buffet overflows with mouth-watering creations including a crêpes suzette action station, ice cream and sorbet selection, assorted cakes and mousses and seasonal fruits.

This Extravaganza can be enjoyed Poolside, on the hotel’s 8th Floor and the price of THB 2,021 nett per person includes entry to the hotel’s countdown event, “Glow Go 21” Party – a pageant of color and vibrancy where you can dance to your favorite tracks and admire the Bangkok firework displays that will light up the sky as 2021 arrives. As well, there is a 20% discount when 4 people make a reservation, and a 10% discount for 2 people.

Dinner is served from 7:00 p.m.,
